FIRE-AID INTERNATIONAL
UK NON LOCAL AUTHORITY FIRE BRIGADES LIGHT PUMPING APPLIANCES
In order to raise enough finance to remain viable, Fire-Aid International has supplied a number of fire appliances to commercial customers including a number of non local authority fire brigades in the UK. Two such brigades, which ordered light pumping appliances, are shown here and their machines were refurbished to a high standard before being supplied at a competitive price.

1986 Dodge S66 / Bridge Coachworks light two wheel drive pumping appliance (L2P) D424 XNP refurbished and supplied by Fire-Aid International to Holliday Dyes and Chemicals Limited at Huddersfield in West Yorkshire in 1995. The appliance had served with the Defence Research Agency (DRA) at the Royal Signals Establishment, Pershore (Hereford & Worcester) and at Farnborough Aerodrome (Hampshire).
1977 Land Rover Series III 109 / HCB-Angus light four wheel drive pumping appliance (L4P) MEY 838R refurbished and supplied by Fire-Aid International to GE Aircraft Engine Services Limited at Nantgarw near Caerphilly in Mid Glamorgan in 1996. It had originally served with the County of Clwyd Fire Brigade at Ruthin.
